As there are more posts it will get hard to check them unless there is a way of knowing what is new. Please know (if it not obvious already) that I am very ignorant about how hard these things are to do. So I have no idea if it is even possible.
On the home page look on the upper right corner and you will see view post since last visit and 2 other options. Click on that and it will show you what you want. Hope that helps.
