I believe that people do use that for goats. I've never used it personally.

Yes injectable ivomectin for cattle is what is used. May have different brands..make sure its 1% ivomec.
Injected for lice/mites and heavy worm load. ( 1 cc per 40 pounds sub q)
Oral for booster worm treatment. (1 cc per 33 pounds)
I get at TSC. Your store may be able to get it from another near by store.

Either of those should do ok. I see more use the agri mectrin brand
