Is this what I need to get to treat mange mites? What is the dosage SQ and what size needle do I need?

Some folks do have luck treating mites with the pour on you showed there. But injectable will probably be more effective.

You want injectable 1% ivermectin
There are many brand names
It looks like Tractor Supply removed the injectable from their website likely due to pandemic shortage.

Any local farm store will have it. Ivomec brand is the most common.

3 or 6 cc luerlock syringes with 3/4" 20 gauge luerlock needles are what I use.

I have never tried the pour on but the ivermectin injectable dosage for lice and mites is 1 to 1.5 cc per goat. I give 1 cc. It works fast.
