Well we've got mites I believe and was wondering what age is safe for a kid to receive ivermectin! I know not to give on tiny kids! Ella is 5 months and Onyx is 3.5 almost 4 months! Ive heard not to give until 6 months! Is that correct?

How much do they weigh? I'm pretty sure it would be safe for them but @happybleats knows more then me.
We dont use it on kids under 6 month of age due to a study that showed it to cross the blood brain barrier which has cause brain damage in some kids. If mites are localized, you can use topical solutions such as nustock or tea tree. Plus feed fresh raw garlic and vit c as well as daily probiotics to boost immune system.
If it's lice and not mites then Cylence is perfectly safe for all.

What are you seeing in them?Scabs, flakes?

I use Ivomec injectable orally at 1 month old and have been for many years, none of my babies had issues giving it that young, ever.

I never given it SQ though that young so cannot advise there.
Giving it orally
Will not kill mites.

Otherwise, I would do as Cathy suggested.
