My poor nigerian dwarf goats have been bitten and bitten by something and have very small scabby spots under their necks and losing their hair there. I do not see any lice or eggs, nor mites, but they are getting drier skin around their ears that is flaking now. My wether is scratching all over.
I have treated today with ivermectin pour on just in case (since I can't actually see anything to diagnose for certain).
How soon again should I treat? It is not clear on the directions.
Thanks!

Are you using it topically?
For heel mites I redo every 21 days till it's clear.
Can you bring a scraping in to the vet? That way you will know exactly what critters & when to treat again.
As for the dry places, Aloe Vera helps, either topically or drenched.
