It looks like she might have a tooth problem or an abscess from a thorn or something that got stuck in her cheek. Is it hard or soft with mushy center? It could have also been a bug bite or sting.
From the picture, It doesn't appear to be in a area of lymph node but a side view would help. If it is near the lymph node a test for CL would be a good idea.
Personally, I'd get a vet to look at it. If it's a tooth or CL problem they're the best resource if it's a thorn or something that became imbedded a series of warm compresses will bring it to a head and will most likely work itself out. Then you can treat it with ST-37. It works wonders for anything mouth related in humans or goats.
