Friday afternoon sometime, she was out in the pasture under the big black walnut tree. She had two doelings. Both are black, one with bronw markings, the other with cream markings.

This is after that time when Jemima was not feeling well. After a couple of days she seemed to be her old (and noisy) self. Friday morning she had some sticky/stringy stuff from her vulva.

That makes five doelings and one buckling this year.

    They were a little premature

Neither could stand much at all, for a couple of days. Just enough to get up an nurse, and that with a bit of help and a lot of effort.

The brown and black one was doing quite a bit better. Cream and black was even having one of her back legs bend the wrong way! Two days ago, she seemed to be doing a lot better. Now they are keeping up with the herd, most of the time.
