We have a little doeling that after a few days of birth the part right above the hoof started to swell up and now her knee swollen to the point she can barely stand without help we're thinking joint ill but have any of you dealt with this before?

I would say take her to the vet. She needs to be examined and if its a joint problem they can put her on antibiotics and help her.

A few days old is a bit young for joint ill to set in . Mom may have stepped in her and fractured her leg. A vet visit is recommended

Ok...I would visit a vet and have her looked at. You don't want her going sepsis if its serious.

Glad treatment is helping. What antibiotics are you using? Be sure to give antibiotics for 10 full days.

We were using agri something I can't remember the exact name but switched to LA 200 as someone had recommended and she's just gotten worse almost all her legs are locked and can't bend and whenever you touch them or move them she screams she's grinding her teeth all the time its just so sad to watch

Tetanus comes to mind..please see a vet!! Grab Tetanus antitoxin and give her a shot asap. Wont hurt if not needed but may save her life if she does. Swelling is not necessarily common but being stiff and locked up is. Give her 4 cc asap.
Penicillin is the antibiotic for Tetanus. Please get baby to any vet to confirm asap

Good job. Do go ahead and do a tetanus antitoxin shot just in case. The stiffness can be do to swelling of course but a little extra insurance wont hurt
