OK just curious does anyone have a comprehensive list of a goat kit. We have a trauma bag for humans and BOB's. Along with other emergency kits but we do not have a go-to bag for the goats. Hope I don't seem anal about Being Prepared but between Boy Scouts firefighter/emt and the fact that my wife is a trauma/ ER nurse we tend to be a little odd.

Well the things I have on hand for emergencies with goats are:

    Epinephrine
    Dexamethasone
    Banamine
IV Fluids(Normal Saline and/or Lactated Ringers) IV Line and 18gauge 2 inch needles. Really 4 inch is ideal because the 2 inch tends to be too short.
    Vet wrap
    Molasses or Karo
Whiskey (For both you and the goat :slapfloor: )
    Thermometer
    Gauze or wound dressings
    Thiamine or B-complex
Excenel or some other antibiotic like Pen G Or Biomycin

Those are the things I like to Always have on hand, There are a TON of other things to have though.

Not quite the same as a first in bag. :slapfloor:
