Twins are 3 weeks old and doe was such a great mama to them!!! All of a sudden, today, she keeps walking away when they try to nurse. Her teets look ok, they’re not red. I’m not sure what to do.

They are at the age where mom starts not letting them nurse as long or as often. When kids are new they initiate feeding. When they get older mom will initiate and start limiting their feeding.
It happens at different times, not always the same age. As long as their growth isn't suffering, they probably are fine.

I agree with holding her an allowing them to nurse.
They are still quite young for her to disown them.

First, check their teeth, if sharp, get a fine file and file down the sharpness, this helps make it less painful to mama.

Also check her teats for teeth wounds, that hurts as well, use chloroxidine solution and spray it on 2 x or more a day.
Doesn’t hurt the kids.

Check to make sure she isn’t overly tight or has mastitis.
