Well LA-200 isn't going to do anything for worms. Have you had a vet do a fecal? Since you are seeing the worms they are probably tape worms. What dewormers do you have on hand?
I agree, LA200 is an antibiotic...not a wormer and what Ashley said...if you see a worm, it's likely a tapeworm segment, praziquantel or febendazole will work on tapes, the latter depends on your area though.
