I think i have a goat that has foot rot, i bought her pretty cheap from the sale barn and she limps around like it hurts to walk, shes pretty old, is there a cure for this, or do i need to re-sell her, thanks for any info. and by the way im new to raising goats and to this forum

Trim her feet and see if it is foot rot. Do you know what it looks like?
If it is foot rot, soak her feet in bleach water, I do it at a 40% bleach 60% water concentration.
Are her joints swollen or hot?
Is she sick?
When did you get her? Was she limping then?

Have you checked her feet yet? Have you trimmed goat hooves yet? If not, study up on it and get the tool(s). LA 200 is a good antibiotic if it's hoof rot.

her hoofs are soft, and when i trimmed them i noticed a white substance kinda looked like maggets, shes not sick at all, her tail is up and she stays with the herd.
