    I don't want to travel too far, 2 hours at most.
    I'm just looking for a Registered Nigerian dwarf doe that is of breeding age or close to breeding age. If you have a discount for buying more than one, I might be able to take advantage of it!

    Right now, just looking to see what's out there. My poor Nash needs more girlies!

    I know, right? Too bad your mom doesn't approve of shipping.. ;_;
    but that would also mean I would need to save up more for that.

    PSH! There's one like an hour away, no does at all right now, and another one 2 hours north, who I do need to get in contact with but she has been busy with upcoming shows. I haven't really been able to find any closer, but I'm sure there must be..

    and yeah, would have been nice if the Army moved us to California but we would have been in the desert, so it's cool. My husband is thinking of getting out once his contract's done, not sure where we're going after that.

    Have you checked the louisiana market bulletin? I know there was a couple ads for registered nigerian dwarfs in there recently.

    Thanks for the links! I contacted a local breeder this week, because I she had nubian and nigerian crosses, but she does have a doe with CAE and she has had goats with abscesses which may or may not be CL, but said that she doesn't know any breeders that haven't had to deal with abscesses. O_O Which put me off.. but I know that I'll be able to find a herd that is disease free.
    I'm probably going to be asking questions about this because she asked if she could buy a buckling from me if I ended up having any.. I wasn't sure what to say though.
