It just dawned on me that my dry coughing goat sounds like a dog would that had lung worms. When I got her I wormed her with ivomec injectable but orally of course. I got her on sunday BTW. IS this enough or should I hit her up again with it and when or is once enough till next worming if it is in fact lung worms. I sure hope so and no she doesn't have a temp or any other symptoms.

In 10 days give her another dose of ivermectin (oh someone tell me if I am wrong on the wormer).

She may stay coughing for a bit longer if it is lungworms and they have been there a while. Because of scaring/injury to the lungs.

Yep Stacey you are right about the lungworms and scaring, but for lungworms it is Ivomec 3 doses 10 days apart to kill all lungworms. Ivomec injectable orally is fine.
