nope i don't have a mailing list.
If someone contacts me and wants to be on my waiting list then I save their e-mail.
I have a waiting list form on my site and they have to provide their name, phone and e-mail if they want to leave a request.

My mailing list is just a reservation/waiting list. Not anything set-up through a site. I just add their email to a group email I have on my email account. I also set-up a click link to the email address under the "would like to be added to my waiting list" part on my site. It puts "Waiting List" in the subject line. Good luck with what you're looking for.
