Well, Socks decided to completely blow coat a couple weeks ago... we've now had a sudden drop in temps.... it's 32 deg with a SUPER bone chilling cold wind. Socks was shivering so badly last night I gave her a warm mash and gave her this makeshift sweater! LOL I ordered her a real winter blanket this morning but I thought I'd post a couple pictures of my redneck goat!!! I can't help but giggle when I see her right now!

I think it is great. I would not waste the money on another one. It looks like it is working just fine.

Hahaha... too funny Liz... these pictures were all taken right after her 2 doelings had gone to town on her udder... so it was pretty empty. She has a large udder... but it's not pretty like a dairy goat! :)

She takes forever to dry up too.... drives me nuts! LOL ( I like to wait until they dry up before rebreeding) Here is a straight shot... she's in heat so she's got dirty bottom.... sorry!!

    thats still a nice udder

the only reason she shouldnt stay with the sweat shirt for too long is they get wet and hold that moisture in so they get chilled even more.

The XL dog coats work well for my ND goats as an FYI

Too cute! I can definately see my Mitsy in the first pic. The resemblance is definately there. :)
