Well-Marcie did it again. I thought she might have been bred, but she is in heat-AGAIN. The last snow storm we had she went into heat, and she has done it again. I guess we will wait and take her to her friend Huckleberry again next time. Should we take her early if she can stay a day or two? If so, on what day of her cycle should we take her? This time she went like 26 days. Last time she went 18. I don't know...she is 2.5 years old and will be a first freshener. Help? :hair:

Any chance you can take her and leave her with him from day 16 to day 30? That would best cover your bases or you can try and get her to him within the next day for a driveway breeding.

I agree with Liz -- staying that long may seem long but if the buck owner witnesses the breeding then she can come home sooner
