Hey everybody!! So I know that Marquis is a cocci med that is a vet RX - but I found some Marquis Horse Paste and I’m wondering if this can be used on goats just as other horse pastes are!! I feel like that would be incredibly convenient against coccidia? Anyone have experience with it?

Yes, it is 1cc per 20lbs. It is a metabolite of toltrazuril, so only a single dose is needed.
Are we positive on this dose? I am finding a huge range in dosages. I use Marquis paste for my dogs and it works fast and great. I need to treat a 50# Big. Dwarf doe with the horse paste.

Do you know the % of medication in your tube of Marques? Toltrazuril we use for goats is 5% and dose is 1 cc per 5 pounds.

I found a listing for meds of 15% at which I would do 1 cc per 15 pounds at that % but that is me. I have never used Marquis.
