Ell, I think she mean.

She's always head butting the other dwarfs. She IS older, yet the newest goat here.

She rams them...hard! I actually have a dwarf dwarf (he's only 9 lbs and he's about 5 months while the other of his age are 25 lbs) that she especially a bully too!

Any suggestions? She rams them in their sides and pushes them away from the food, regardless how many feeders get food.

I don't keep bullies ... it may be she is trying to get her herd status set since she is new, but if it is unrelenting and hard, I have no tolerance for that. I scold them severely, and if they still don't let up, they can't stay. My girls can be rough from time to time, but not relentless. I just can't deal with that.
