Okay, this has been driving me crazy - how do you convert pounds/ounces of milk to 16ths of a pound for milk test? I had thought my scale did it automatically for me, but apparently it does not.

I didn't have luck finding an online calculator/converter to do this either, unless I'm being really dense about the whole thing (which is more than likey...)

Oooooh, okay!! I see what you're saying - I feel like a moron for not grasping it till now, ugh.

I looked at the milk test rules again and I need to make sure milk weights are in 10ths of a pound, not 16ths (I have no idea why I was thinking 16ths). So the same rules would apply, just diving by 10 instead, right? :D
