Realistically it depends on a couple things:
Does production
Your intake ( kid : table )
What you're feeding
Your schedule
We milk does anywhere from 2-6x a day while they're just fresh and while they're in their peak. Milking 4-6x a day takes but a few minutes anyway, why not. We also do this to keep does production at their best and prepare for shows.
You can also "wean" your does down to only once a day as well. Just start milking longer apart and slowly she'll drop enough in production to meet demand.
