It smells sooooo good in here. This is my first goat I've ever eaten. I ate wild boar last week (?) that was smoked by the same friend, so delish and tender and tasty!
Oh man, I LOVE smoked meat, I have heard wild boar is amazing, though the taste can depend on diet. eat some extra for me, I'll enjoy it vicariously through you, lol!!!
