Do you get more money for a bred doe or a doe and babies?

Actually, though I've never sold any of my adult does, you may get more for each individual goat...a bred doe , well anything can happen during pregnancy to cause loss of kids.

I have to say...doe with kids already on the ground,it is a sure thing....if they are young,
If they are weanlings.... I would sell them separate....
If they are pregnant ....there is a risk of her loosing the kid(s) or her and the kids giving birth...

IMO, you'd get way more for a doe w/ kids at side then a bred doe.

I agree with everyone else. Babies at side, you should get more money for the set. If someone wants to buy a bred doe, I add $75 to their price.

a bred doe you usually are just going to pay for the breeding fee so like was said 75-100 more. because you dont know how many kids or what sex they will be.

Once kid/s are born you can price them separately even if sold with mom
