My Neighbors Cat

    My neighbor has this beautiful long haired calico kitty.
    I was up there this morning and I asked her, "is this a boy or a girl?Very pretty kitty."
    She gives me a confused look and goes, "I don't know what it was." she shrugged. "It's an it now."

    Most calicos are female. Just like most orange cats are male. However there are exceptions to that.

    eventhough my cat is spayed I still call her a her and her name is female in nature. Same with our "male" cat. He still has his male tendencies but jsut can reproduce. So he is still a he in my mind :shrug:
