Welcome to TGS
Bucks don't mess around when the ladies are in heat...so if she and the bucks are fertile..shes bred. Or could be false pregnancy. Post a few pix..give us some more info on what's going on..

I started drying her up a week and a half ago and she started loosening but the past few days she's been getting tight again
The right teat is going to blow out if much more pressure is added. It's already partially blown.
Drying off a milk bred doe takes a good couple months. Doing it without ruining their udder definitely takes that couple months.
When were her kids pulled?

When we got her the previous owners took them one or two week before we got her but we are drying her up because we are breeding in a month
Even when you dry up, most often you have to decrease milking, not cut it out totally. Milk her out, and decrease the number of milkings per day/week. Make sure her udder is not hard or hot.
You could pull blood from her to check for pregnancy.

You can milk up to the end of the 3rd month of pregnancy. Then give 2 months off.
