And it doesn't seem to be dust related. I have heard him coughing several times today...and my family who lives next door has heard him. It isn't constant, but should I give him some Pen G??? He is eating and happy, but coughing...what could this be?

coughing can be from different things

lung worms will cause coughing - treat with ivermectin
a cold can cause coughing - nothing you can do to treat a virus
pneumonia can cause coughing - usually accompanied by a temp. Treat with oxytetracyline (LA 200, Duramycin, Biomycin)

normal temp is 101-103 (104 if its REALLY hot out)

Thanks! They have RECENTLY been wormed (within the last month with a new wormer), and he is still eating, acting happy, so I will watch and wait. I will take his temp in the morning and see what we find. Hopefully just a cold...didn't know they could get colds! Guess we learn new things every day! Thanks for the helpful info!!
