    What was his actual temp? Sub temp can be as concerning as a high temp. When was he wormed last? I would start him on some probiotics in the meantime. But if you haven't had a fecal done on him, I would do that as well. What is his lower (pull down the lid) eyelid color?

    his temp is 103.4. He's wormed every month and we are worming everyone tonight for this month. They all are fed probiotics every morning and minerals every evening with their feed. He had a fecal done in march and it was negative. his eyelid color is good. I'm hoping that the 5 days of antibiotics will clear up the discharge and coughs that we have in the herd right now and then he will start eating more. I did give him a drench last night because he is only eating hay or foliage from the pasture.

    We are only to worm when the goat shows signs of worms. Like low famacha scores. Then do a fecal and work whatever parasite # is high. They need some parasites to keep the immune system active.
