Not sure what’s wrong with my goat.

Hi everyone, I’m new here. Someone from BackYard Chickens recommended I post here. Anyway, my goat Missy she’s a little over 5 months old.
Last night, she was very weak and in pain. She hadn’t moved out of the same position for more then 3 hours and she hadn’t eaten since the day before.
I’m wondering, could this be worms? Could it be an upset stomach? She hasn’t vomited and no diarrhea as we could see and no blood in the stool.
This morning, she’s a little more active, but unsteady on her legs and can’t stand that long. She did eat some grain tho so I’m guessing that’s a good sign.
She doesn’t appear to be in pain like she was last night. Her eyelids are a dark pink. Her breathing seems normal and her stomach does not appear distended.
This is my first time raising goats so I honestly don’t know what to do right now. I am going to try and get her to a vet ASAP but in the meantime, figured I’d post here for any advice you might have. Thank you.

Welcome to TGS. Im sorry your baby is not feeling well. Sounds like she may have had a tummy upset. Let's start by getting her temp, which is done rectally,..101.5- 103.5 is normal range. Go ahead and give her some probiotics snd a B complex shot. These are always good to start with.
Any access to chicken feed? New foods or plants? Has she had coccidia prevention?

Thank you! Checked her temp earlier and it was in normal range. No access to chicken feed and no new foods or plants. She has not had coccidia prevention either.

I would definitely have a fecal done. A vet check wouldn't be a bad idea. Sometimes need hands on. Go ahead with probiotics and b complex as they will support her system. She may have ate too much or something to upset her tummy. Keep tabs on her temp for changes and be sure she's drinking plenty

What kind of grain and how much are you feeding her? Does she have free access to hay or browse or is the grain her only food source?

Hi there, I’m so sorry for not writing back sooner. Missy is doing much better and is back to her normal self. It turned out to be just an upset stomach. Thanks again to everyone that helped and sent advice. I attached a picture of Missy and I a little while back. She’s my baby and I’m so glad she’s okay.
