I have a doe that has a detached udder. When I got her she gave good milk. But I've been trying to dry her up. I have to milk her every couple weeks or else her udder becomes full and almost touches the ground. Just recently when I was draining her out the milk has become a brown clear fluid. The one side has normal looking milk but the other side which is the worst has the clear brown fluid. What is this? And why had it happened?

I once bought an auction goat with a severely infected teat from an injury. When I squeezed it out the liquid looking like used cooking grease, it was nasty. I drained it and used Today several days in a row and she cleared up fine.
