I wouldn't be surprised if they do eat some. I'd pick up the buckeyes if your animals can get to them.
We are supposed to close on a house at the end of the month and I realized that there’s a tree outside the fenced in area that looks like it might drop nuts or leaves in a small corner of their area. I’m almost positive it’s a buckeye. I don’t know if thinking I can keep up with a tree as it drops is enthusiastic of me or just unrealistic lol

Can you just run a fence across at that corner? If they have plenty of other stuff to eat, it is away from the barn, there is a good chance that they won't mess with that one spot.
(yeah right, they are goats, of course they will go there!) Moving the fence may be your best bet.
