My friend told me that pig is easy to butcher.

Not real sure anything should be easy to butcher. But that's just me.

Oh I totally agree. I could NEVER EVER do it, but hey that is me. WOW, you are a bigger woman then I ever will be. I would have to say I am more like your husband.

My DH just butchered 12 pigs. He and a friend did it, and I have to say it is very good, but beings it did not go to a shop, we did not get any bacon, because it has to be cured. OH, how i would of loved some bacon. I am sure they could of but they just did not do it.
