Some of you know Lucy, our crazily horned 14" pygmy doe, that was our first ever doe. She kidded today, our first of 2008! And triplets!! #1 - white with black boy, 2.5 lbs, #2 - black with gray, 2.5 lbs, #3 - "Sweetnin'", white with black, 2 lbs. #1 came out okay. #2 was breech. Sweetnin's head was turned back.

They weren't nursing too good and #2 and 3 were a little cold. So we brought them in the house, warmed them up with towels and heating pads. Then gave them colostrum saved from one of our dairy cross does and everyone is doing good and back out with mom.

I'll get better pics tomorrow, but here's #2 and Sweetnin'. http://www.getchagoat.com/ourkids.html
