Sorry for the millions of posts but I'm somewhat new and y'all are so helpful! I have 9 retired wethers on a 7 acre pasture. The are constantly eating. One wether who is about 5 years old. He's eating ALL the time. Sometimes he looks pregnant with triplets. I tried the baking soda thing and put some in their barn but they never touched it So I have to drench with it when I notice they are huge. This guy though I have started to drench almost every other day. His belly goes down for a day but he gorges himself again and we repeat the process. Any ideas/suggestions? I try penning him up for the day with no food, he gets it if the own and acts like he hasn't eaten in years.

Some goats get that way. That is why it is good to know what your goats look like healthy, so that when they are bloated or sick, you can tell. Like this guy, he just gets a bigger rumen than the others. A little different but normal for him.
