I read in a dairy goat journal that current research shows papaya seeds can be very effective against worms, I think barber worms in particular. Is anyone feeding papaya seeds for this reason? Do they actually kill the worms or just make the gut less desirable? Any side effects? I'd appreciate any insight into this as I like to go the natural route whenever possible, but I'm thinking it might be difficult and expensive to get papaya seeds?

I've read about it but that is it. Seems like it would be too cost prohibitive for me.

I only feed papaya seeds when I eat a papaya. it can be expensive, but maybe you can find a herbal supply shop that has dried, ground papaya seeds.

look into Land of Havilah. They have lots of information on raising a natural herd, and they sell the herbs.
