Pigs with goats?

Just picked up two female potbelly pigs yesterday, and today we put them with my goats to see how they’d do. The girls (pigs) don’t seem to care at all about the goats, and just want to eat, sleep, and get scratches. The goats however, are deciding that I’ll be their protecter and are hiding behind me. Of course I’ll make sure nothing bad happens to them, but is it a good idea to keep the pigs in with them? They’ll have separate sleeping and eating sheds, but the goats run is big enough for all of them. I’ve heard stories online that pigs can get aggressive and kill them, but these ones have lived with goats with their previous owners and don’t seem to care about ours. Theyre currently lying at my feet and sun tanning. So, thoughts?

Pigs are known to become aggressive at times of stress. And yes they can kill goats. I would rather be very careful.

Separate them from goats, not a good idea.

Cute pigs! Are they pets or are you gonna do something with them?

I'd try to do a positive reinforcement thing with the goats. If the pigs are fine, they're fine. Self explanatory. But if the goats don't like them, try to associate the pigs with a good thing to them. Maybe put them on a lead and walk them close to the pigs. When they're calm, give them a treat. if they aren't, maybe a tiny ear flick or spray bottle squirt (does the spray bottle work on goats? I'd imagine it does).

Also, just keep an eye on the pigs. It's true they can get aggressive, so just try to first make sure they're not gonna hurt the goats under stress... Or at all. If they still seem to be fine, then try to keep them in with the goats and get the goats used to the pigs
