I have two goats that have pimples on their right teats.

I'm not sure why.

I popped them (ew) and used a bleach wash on them.

Both had them on the same side???? Weird I can get a photo if needed.

Any idea what this could be?

Could be staph, are the pimples white? Try not to pop any more of them, they will heal on their own. I would do a double check of your bedding. Get down on your knees and make sure it is nice a dry. Sometimes bedding will look dry but it is really wet underneath and that can cause problems. Chlorhexidine should clear up just about anything that it could be, it works really well. If you suspect any bug problems you could try some bug spray on them. I would steer clear of any ointments or anything like bag balm because you don't want to trap the germs on the udder.

Staph can be only on one side. My guess, it is the side that she lays on. One of my does had a couple bumps only on the left side of the udder - the side that is on the ground when she lays down. Cleared right up with the chlorhexidine.
