Hi there. My Molly just had a very difficult delivery 5 days ago. She pushed for 4 hours with no progress. Her twins had gotten tangled and the vet had to go in and untangle them. Today, her vulva is still very swollen and firm. She has what I think is normal drainage, clear, amber colored fluid. There is no odor and she has received 5 days of sq penicillin. After such a traumatic delivery, should I be worried about this?

Anytime a doe needs assistance her vulva is going be extra swollen. Prep H will help.
Good move getting vet involved!
Her discharge sounds normal, it might stop for a few days then whoosh, another bit of red blood which is normal for any doe.
So long as she doesnt smell rank back there everything is normal.
And welcome to TGS!
