98 is pretty low. Normal is 101.5 to 103.5. I would give her a shot of fortified B Complex and Probios. I would also get her temp up.

You can get both at TSC. Probios puts good bacteria in the gut. B Complex is a general well being and gives them extra thiamine.

Put her in a stall with a heat lamp.

No grain since she has diarrhea. Give her hay only until she is back to pellets.

I wormed her last night. I forgot to put that on the first post. Thanks for the help.

What did you worm her with? How much did you give? What is her weight? It is very important to properly dose wormers so they don't become resistant to it.
