I use Cedarcide on my goats, and spray their shelters and surrounding brush/trees with neem oil, citronella and lemongrass EO mixed in water. It’s been helping.
i Also find mixing cedar shavings in with their pine shavings helps a lot too.

The girl's pasture is about 10 feet on 2 sides from woods, so there are plenty of bugs. I use fly spray on them as needed. I usually get eaten up by mosquitos more on our daily walks in the woods than they seem to - they get attacked by those big horse (you know what I mean if you've seen these things) flies. I also use the Durvet pour-on and Ultra Boss at different times. I don't recall them specifically saying mosquitos on the box, but it does say flies. I remember when the vet was out and I mentioned it, she said it'd help with the flies, too. So I'd try some fly spray. I'd not recommend getting the scented variety, I got one and it was horrible to me and them. I stick with good old inexpensive Bronco!

It doesn’t say it kills mosquitoes on the label, so no.

Just thought I’d throw an idea out there. Have you ever tried putting up bird houses/feeders or bat houses? We have bird houses all over the farm and almost never see a mosquito. We also have a lot of bats in the area. Maybe more birds/bats could help bring the mosquito population down?
