I think my doe is bloating. She is due in about 18 days. I trimmed her hooves today and I think I fed her too much alfalfa pellets. What can I do to help her that will not hurt her babies. So far she is just laying down breathing heavily and burping every so often. I have lay down with her inside the barn and I'm rubbing the top left side of her stomach. That seems to help her burp but I don't want to hurt the babies. Is there anything else I should do and is rubbing her like that going to hurt her or the babies. I have been pretty gentle not applying too much pressure.

Massage her left side and up and down her neck middle. she is doing right up like that. Then walk her and repeat. You can give her GasX
Baking soda/ water drench will help.

Can't see her left side, is she off feed, over extending above the left side rib cage, grinding teeth?

Stop any grain.
