Hi there! I'm Sarah and I just got my first pair of goats this summer. My girls are now 9 months old, and I just bred my Nigerian/alpine cross a couple weeks ago with a Nigerian. I'm new to the goat world, and I wanted to know how much is recommended to feed pregnant goats? I currently feed my girls 1.5 cups of sweet feed 2x a day and give them a bunch of hay in the morning. They don't have a big pasture at all and right now everything is covered in snow. Assuming she took, how much (if at all) should I increase her feed and when?

I'm not sure what kind of hay it is. Just what I get at the farm down the street or at Tractor Supply. Also, they are definitely not fat. Haha
