I Have two three-year old goats that have each kidded twins and are excellent mamas. They aren't in milk this year and are half Nubian, half Oberhasli. I want to sell them and get Nigerian dwarves. How much could I sell them for?

If they are not registered, not bred or in milk, it would depend entirely on your area. This is breeding season for most goat herds and if you have documented what they have produced with milk production, you should be able to get at least $100 for each.

I guess it depends where you are. :) Where I am unfortunately, most goats, (breed don't really matter here) adults go for $90-$150 at a regular livestock auction. But a lot of other places sale for WAY more for the same quality goat. :)

Do you have pics? I have a Nubian doe bred to an oberhasli buck and was just curious what yours looked like? I usually go by Craigslist ads as far as price. I'm planning on going strictly oberhasli but those darn cute long ears got me, so I got a Nubian.
