    This morning her eyes are brighter and she is moving around, Her head immediately turned to me and she bleated..tried to stand up but wasn't quite there. better than yesterday when she couldn't lift her head up!!

    I just got back inside. bad news guys. she's dead.


    She's on a totally different side on the pen, looks as if she tried to get up...and fell. because her head is right up against a wall with her jaw out of place. :( ya know, it's one thing after another. She's my best FB, and I just can't catch a break.

    Katrina I am so sorry.......you tried so hard to save her...... my deepest sympathies ... :hug: :(

    It is hard to say... if the meat is good for consumption.....
    with anything you gave her....such as penG ...if someone is allergic... I would say no.... that is a hard thing to answer....maybe call a vet and ask them.. if they have an idea.... Again I am so sorry... :( :hug:

    I'm so sorry for your loss. It's always hard to lose one. :( I hope things will turn around for you soon. I went through a tough time this spring with the goats and almost felt like giving up and selling them all, but I hung in there and i'm glad I did. Things will get better...it just takes time. Wish I could give ya a big hug right now.

    I am so very sorry you lost her :( I was hoping and praying she would be okay. What an awful thing to walk out and find. Poor poor girl.
    Many thoughts and prayers going your way, I can't imagine how hard this must be on you. Just know you did everything you could think of for her, and sometimes that just isn't enough. God makes his own plans.
