Hello!! PLEASE HELP! We have a pygmy kidding RIGHT NOW. It's been 2 hours since her first baby. No placenta or another kid has come yet. Is this ok?? Should we go in? Her first kid was mal-positioned.

Agreed, go in and feel around, if you find a correctly presented kid try to pull it out gently. I pull just behind the head, but ever so gently and go with Mum on that.
