New to goats. Got five this last spring, and one ended up being pregnant that we weren't expecting (became pregnant before we got her). Everything went great. She had one buckling (a fairly big one and her first pregnancy), her placenta came out and she ate it. The buckling was born July 3rd. But the doe is still having little bits of bloody discharge from her vulva. Is this normal or should we be worried? I've given birth three times and having a bit of discharge for awhile was normal for me. But I just wanted to check and make sure that this was normal for goats. Thanks for any helpful information!
