Questions about offering stud service

I'm thinking about offering my new buck for stud service. No boarding does or leasing the buck, just one-day breeding when the doe is in heat.

First, what diseases should I require to doe to be tested for? Mine are tested for CAE, Brucellosis, TB, and they will be tested for CL this year.

Second, I'm more concerned about something called infectious or septic arthritis that can be transmitted during breeding. If the buck gets it, it makes him sterile. What do you all know about this? Is it any significant risk?

When I do it, I make sure the doe is tested negative of all that.

Then I say Im going to check her, for lice, or signs of being sick.

Ive only done this a couple times though, to outside herds, not friends.

With the arthritis thing, Ive never heard of that, sorry!

    With your buck, OH YEAAAAAH

Mine didnt even have good lines or anything, but people went crazy! Lots of people dont want to own bucks, they like to just use others, so im sure if you advertise him you will get lots of people :)
