Mostly treat goat like anything else - broiling etc- but I found that leg has been a bit tougher unless cooked long- this is what I came up with for fast and easy leg meat. No specific amounts though =just splash and dash. I heat up a tablespoon or two of olive oil in a fry pan- add some crushed garlic- I use two cloves or so, then fry it a bit til it starts to get golden. Then add thin sliced meat (I use two lag steaks for this) and stir fry til browned. Then add sliced onions-stir fry for a little then add several serious splashes of Worstershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, catsup, red wine, a 1/2 teaspoon or so of suger, pepper- put heat lower, cover and let simmer till it's reduced about half. It's good served over rice. 15 -20 minutes to complete- since meat is thin it doesn't need to be cooked to be tenderized.
