Can goats have bluestem hay? I've never used it before or heard of anyone using it.

Thanks everyone. I think I may go ahead and try it. I found someone who has used it for horses and sheep so I would assume goats can eat it safely.
Here's another question. Since I have to move my goats, does anyone know of any Government grants for land or something?
No, but, maybe theres someone around you who has alot of brush that you trust, that would let you put your goats there to clear it out, win-win situation, atleast until you find some land of your own for them.
Well I have a place to put them for now, but I hate to be a burden on them.
Should be fine sounds like it low in protein then alfalfa. You can also call your county ex office and ask. Shelly
