Random exaggerated squatting (bottle baby)

Our 2.5 wk bottle baby came to us with lice 😔 We're keeping her indoors until we know it's gone. I've been doing dawn dish soap baths every couple days. After I rinse the soap I poured acv carefully across her back to loosen the eggs then used a flea comb and rinsed. Since then she's been randomly squatting like she's going to pee, but much more exaggerated, like a really harsh squat then back to normal. But she's walking normally.
The squats are random but also triggered when touching her rear, and when my son ran past her she did it. I worried maybe I got acv on her privates so I sprayed them with warm water from the kitchen sprayer then towel dried. But she's still doing it.
Any ideas what's causing this? It just started about an hour ago.

Hum. Maybe the acv made her skin sensitive and this is her reaction to anything even close to her. You can use kitten flea powder for lice or I prefer Cylence. Or if you have quality ess. Oils...1 drop tea tree in a tablespoon carrier oil..mix and put a small drop of that in your hands and rub together then pet her against the Hair flow.

i have a doeling that does this when there's a dog near. it seems to be triggered by fear in her. i do not put anything on her, so for your situation it might not be related to treatment. i don't know what's causing it for your doe or mine. maybe we'll figure it out together?? i'd like to note she doesn't do it every time a dog is near her

She only did it after her lice baths. But then it'd go away. Super strange. But haven't seen it since then
