In the fridge I have a bunch of goat milk. How long will raw milk last??? I want to make cheese and I am afraid I waited to long and it's spoiled!

It should be fine for a week or so...Some others that are more experienced with cheese making could probably tell you more...

Milk that I have in my fridge longer than 7 days (which seldom happens) I use to make ricotta or chevre, any longer it does tend to make a stronger flavored cheese.

Depends on how the fridge is. I forgot about a jug of raw goat milk in ours...it was there a good 1-2weeks. Our fridge is cold and it was at the back and it was still good. :thumb:

Mine lasts a good 9 days. If I make simple cheese it lasts as long as it takes to get eaten.
